Party with a Purpose, an annual highlight in the UQ alumni calendar, will be raising funds to support endometriosis research in 2023.
The researchers at the Institute of Molecular Bioscience (IMB) are working to improve diagnostic timelines and develop targeted treatments that will improve the lives of those affected by endometriosis, and their families.
So, while you’re attending this event, we encourage you to rally behind the purpose of this party.

Whether you are attending the event to catch up with friends and old classmates, to meet new people or just hit the dance floor, your attendance will make a difference.
$10 from each ticket sold and 100% of the event raffle ticket sales will be donated to support endometriosis research.
Every donation supports the research behind this debilitating condition affecting one in 9 women.

From midnight on 4 October to midnight 14 October (Queensland time), Giving Day ambassadors attending the event will have the opportunity to compete for the first pick from our collection of over 20 raffle prizes.
To get involved and become a champion for endometriosis research, register as a Giving Day ambassador in support of Party with a Purpose.
To make it to the top of the leader board and win first choice, ambassadors will need to have the most donations for endometriosis research. Simply share amongst your networks to raise much needed funds to support patient recruitment and advance critical research discoveries.
