The Library enriches our cultural and intellectual life. Our dedicated staff care for significant collections ranging from rare books and recordings of Indigenous languages to the correspondence of asylum seekers and literary manuscripts of Australian writers like Oodgeroo Noonuccal and David Malouf. These collections and the timeless stories they contain inspire curiosity, creativity and learning.
